Gosarthi advises you to go through the terms of use precisely and carefully before using the platform or before registering to the platform. We request you to read the terms carefully before accessing any information of the platform. By clicking ‘’I ACCEPT’’ button or by using Gosarthi services, you are consenting to be bound by these user terms. If you do not accept any of the user terms, then please do not use Gosarthi or avail any of the services being provided therein.

Gosarthi offers it services to you upon the condition of acceptance of all the terms and conditions mentioned in the terms and conditions column and privacy policy. The terms of use includes any amendments made by Gosarthi, upon its sole discretion and posted on the platform from time to time. By accepting terms, you also allow Gosarthi to send you promotional emails and SMS alerts from time to time.

Gosarthi provides technology based services for booking two wheelers, three wheelers, four wheelers and hire a Driver to its users, and the users agree to obtain services offered by third party drivers or vehicle operators through Gosarthi website or mobile application. Here ‘’Users’’ means ‘’You’’ and ‘’who are using services’

SERVICES:

Gosarthi Platform allows you to avail transportation services provided by the Drivers on our platform and allows to hire a driver, which means Transportation services.

TERMS OF USE:

1. Users must be at least Eighteen years of age, as at the time of availing/using services of Gosarthi. The users are allowed to create an account in Gosarthi platform only if they attain age of majority.
2. Users shall ensure that the registration data provided by users is accurate, current, valid, comolete and genuine and is updated time to time.
3. Gosarthi shall bear no liability for false, old, incomplete, incorrect registration data provided by users.
4. If any user, wantonly or deliberately, conceal his/her age at the time of using or registering, Gosarthi after being aware of act of misleading, reserves the right to deactivate the account.
5. Users who misled Gosarthi regarding age, cannot raise any complaint in that regard, including any insurance claims.
6. Users shall not authorize third parties to use respective users account.
7. Users shall not allow persons who haven’t attained age of majority to receive transportation from the derivers or avail any kind of services.
8. Gosarathi shall make responsible and reasonable efforts to bring users in contact with drivers to obtain the service subject to availability.
9. It is to be noted that, Gosarthi doesn’t provide you any services, it is the drivers who provide you the services. Gosarthi is a platform that connects its users with drivers.
10. An information regarding the vehicle number, driver name, number shall be sent to the user, once driver accepts booking request.
11. It is to be noted that, it is the sole discretion of driver to accept or deny booking request of the users. Gosarthi, may record the calls made to the drivers, for the purpose of improving services, including complaint.
12. Gosarthi shall not be held liable, in case of, when driver coulnt reach your pick up location or decide not to render services.Gosarthi shall not be held liable if users do not download the correct platform or users could not use the platform promptly.
13. Gosarthi is not responsible for the actions, inactions, or behaviour of the drivers, as it is mentioned earlier Gosarthi is a platform that connects the users and drivers.
14. Users shall treat the drivers with respect and dignity. Users shall not cause any damage to the vehicles of drivers and shall not engage in any unlawful, harassing, threatening behaviour at the time of using their vehicle.
15. Any contract of provision of vehicle for the services is exclusively between users and driver and company is not a party.Users will refrain from doing anything which Gosarthi reasonably believe to be capable of damaging Gosarthi reputation and comply with all applicable laws of India.
16. Gosarthi has the right to discontinue or introduce any of the modes of booking vehicles.
17. Gosarthi is not responsible for users act of using improper mobile application or website.
18. Gosarthi will take the booking request and forward the same to driver through an application based device operating on GPS-GPRS based device available with the driver

The following terms are considered as deedmed to be agreed by users while using services of Gosarthi.

1. The users shall not authorize third parties to use their account.
2. Users shall not harm the website or application in any manner
3. Users shall not share information of the application and website without permission from Gosarthi. Users are not authorized to share any kind of information from the website and mobile application.
4. Users shall provide any proof of identity that Gosarthi requests
5. Users shall not use the Gosarthi mobile application with an unauthorized device.
6. Users shall not use the application for any unlawful purposes.
7. Users are restricted to use their account for their purposes only, they shall not let their account to others for any other purposes.
8. The users shall use authorized data for the purpose of using Gosarthi services.
9. Gosarthi reserves the right of terminating accounts of users if it come across of any unauthorised use of users.
